The Many Health Benefits of Avocado

They add new flavors to your simple breakfast toast routine, during your healthy salads lunch ritual or dessert time during dinners. In the previous post we talked about delicious things you can do with avocados. Not only are avocados versatile, they are also loaded with health benefits.

The rich & creamy texture of avocados that are native to central & south America, pack a punch when it comes to various health & beauty benefits. Avocados contain almost 70 % water, monounsaturated fats, carbohydrates (mostly fibers) and 2% protein. Lets look at why you should start eating avocados, a nutritional powerhouse.
