Hosted at the hotel’s award winning pure vegetarian restaurant, Tuskers, it offers patrons a taste of an authentic street food experience. Chefs from Kaliram Chaat, Delhi offer a curated menu that promises myriad flavors & contrasting textures. So, off we headed to Sofitel Mumbai BKC to indulge in an experience that ensured an explosion of flavors.



The Chaat Festival menu features famous street flavors of Delhi. We started with Dahi Bhalla- lentil dumplings marinated in sweet yogurt, garnished with spices & Rajasthani masala. The taste of sweet yogurt complimented the spicy & tangy coriander & tamarind chutneys.

Next, Kaliram special Matar Kulcha, arrived hot! Tangy & thick white chickpeas curry served with soft savory flat bread, perfectly complimented the weather.

In addition, the Nawabi tikki soon became a second favorite with hot crisp aloo tikkis topped with spicy white chickpeas curry & flavorful chutneys.

Finally, we ended our experience with Delhi Wala Papdi Chaat. A popular street food delicacy made with savory, crunchy fried papdis (flat puris) topped with cubed potatoes, lip-smacking chutneys, yogurt & spices.
