Dosa- a thin, crispy crepe made from fermented rice and urad dal is tempting, delicious and versatile. You can mix and match different grains/cereals/dals/vegetables/spices to make the batter and use your favorite vegetables and meat as stuffing to suit your palate. With evolving tastes and rapid changes of food trends, dosa has been modified to suit everyone’s taste including pizza dosa, schezwan noodles dosa and much more.

Adai Dosa

Commonly known as adai, this dosa is a little thicker than the usual dosa and is made of rice and lentils. Served with the traditional aviyal (a thick mix of vegetables and coconut, seasoned with coconut oil and curry leaves), these healthy dosas are simply irresistible.

Masala Dosa

Made with a stuffing of potatoes, onions, and green chilies cooked in spices, this South Indian classic is one of the tastiest dishes of the world. Spicy potato masala wrapped in crispy dosa, dipped in hot sambar or chutney is a comfort food for soul.



Onion Rava

Delectably crispy, these wafer thin dosas are yet another popular variety of dosa. This dosa can be made instantly and the batter doesn’t need to be fermented for hours. The rich flavour from the tempering of onions, coriander leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds and crushed pepper corns and the crispiness from rava can give a run to fast food anytime.



Neer Dosa

Neer (water) dosa is a delicacy from Karnataka cuisine. These dosas are made only from a thin rice batter and are easy to make. A plate of hot neer dosa with a side of jaggery mixed with grated coconut, coconut milk and chutney is a great way to start your morning.

Chicken Keema Dosa

Well, who wouldn’t like to have chicken with dosa that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside? The minced chicken stuffing inside the dosa gives a wonderful flavour to this dish. You won’t even require the otherwise always-needed chutneys to relish this spicy dosa. You can also try mutton keema dosa which has minced mutton stuffing inside.
