Green Tea Cheese Cake

Recently we told you about our perfect staycation to Double Tree by Hilton, Pune. During our staycation, we enjoyed a hearty meal at the Japanese restaurant- Miyuki. We still remember the smooth, creamy taste of the Green Tea Cheese Cake served as dessert. Sounds yummy, right? Ingredients:
                              
Philadelphia cheese: 850 gm
Sugar: 325 gm
Eggs: 4 nos
Liquid Cream: 125 gm 
Green tea powder: 50 gm

Method:
  • Beat the cheese and sugar together in bowl until sugar is dissolved. Slowly add eggs one by one & beat a little more. Once eggs are completely mixed with cheese and sugar, slowly fold the green tea powder in the mixture. Finally add the liquid cream in the mixture.
  • Next, make the mould ready for baking the cheese cake. In the bottom of the mould place biscuits crumbs and pour the mixture in the mould.
  • Bake at 140 C temperatures for 40 minutes.
