As we have already started to feel the bite of the increasingly cold weather, especially during the mornings and evenings. All of us would love to cozy up with a delicious drink that would help us keep winter chills at bay. Let us look at a list of healthy and tasty drinks that would make you feel better, boost your immunity and improve your overall health.


Chicken Soup

Chicken soup is the first thing prescribed by one and all when we want relief from cold and sore throat in winter. A bowl of steaming hot chicken soup spiced up with pepper and other spices is sure to lift up your spirits on a gloomy winter day. You can also add herbs and toppings of your choice for that extra flavour to the soup.




Apple Cider Vinegar and Cinnamon Tea

This tea is not just refreshing but has a lot of health benefits too. Apple cider is rich in Vitamin C and iron whereas cinnamon aids in digestion and regulates blood sugar levels. As we all know, Vitamin C helps fight against cold and strengthens our immune function. To prepare this healthy drink, add a cinnamon stick to a cup of apple cider and heat mildly.
