Summer Dazzler and Twisted Mango Mojito

Hot days call for cool sips. Here are some light, bright and refreshing combinations easy to whip up at home in a few steps make your parties more special on weekends.


SUMMER DAZZLER

Ingredients:

Fresh mango juice: 120 ml
Fresh orange juice: 120 ml
Fresh pomegranate juice: 60 ml
Passion fruit puree: 30 ml
Glass: Fancy glass/ Champagne flute

Method:

1.    Mix all juices together along with ice in a mixing glass.
2.    Stir to mix the juices well and pour in a fancy glass.
3.    Garnish with freshly cut mango slice.

TWISTED MANGO MOJITO

Ingredients:

Fresh Mango Puree: 200 ml
Fresh Mint Leaves: 5-6 long sprigs
Ginger: 4-5 thin slices
Lemon: 1
Soda Water/Sparkling water: To top it up
Glass: Any long glass

Method:

1.    Gently muddle fresh mint leaves along with ginger and lemon wedges.
2.    Add mango puree, crushed ice/cube ice and top with soda water.
3.    Garnish with either mint leaves or a thin mango slice.
